PDFTrackr's terms of service govern the secure sharing and tracking of PDF documents. Our platform provides professional PDF analytics while ensuring legal compliance and user protection. By accessing and using PDFTrackr, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Learn more about our secure sharing features and free PDF tracking capabilities.
You may use PDFTrackr to upload, share, and track PDF documents for your personal or business purposes, including commercial document sharing, within the limits of your plan. This is a license to use the service, not a transfer of ownership: you keep all rights to the documents you upload, and we keep all rights to the service itself.
You are responsible for the content you upload and share. You must not upload malicious files, violate copyright laws, or use the service for illegal purposes.
PDFTrackr reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our service.
PDFTrackr has a free plan and a paid Pro plan. Pro costs $9 per month or $84 per year, depending on the billing period you pick at checkout. You pay for that period up front, and the subscription renews automatically at the same price until you cancel it.
Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's own checkout page — we never see or store your card number. The total shown on that page before you confirm is what you are charged.
You can cancel at any time, yourself, from Settings → "Manage subscription". That opens the Stripe Customer Portal, which is also where you update your card, switch between monthly and annual billing, and download your invoices. You do not need to contact us to cancel.
When a Pro subscription is cancelled or expires, your account goes back to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted: your files, your share links and your analytics all stay. The Free plan's limits and features apply again — for example the Free file-size and active-link allowances, and Pro-only features such as the viewer watermark and analytics export. If your account is over a Free plan limit, you may need to bring it back within that limit.
Reading data we have already recorded keeps the retention period it was given at the time it was recorded, so sessions recorded while you were on Pro keep their 24-month window. Sessions recorded after you return to Free follow the Free plan's 12-month window.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service.
If you have any questions about these Terms of Service, please see our Privacy Policy or use our Data Rights form.
